Employment Contract
The principal (employer) needs to issue a formal Employment contract to the selected employee stating all the key terms and conditions, including:
- Working hours
- Overtime details
- Salary and benefits
- Probation period
- Provision of accommodation
- Medical treatment
- Catering and other facilities
The Employment contract must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chamber of Commerce & Industry. It must also be officially verified by the Nepalese Embassy in the respective country of employment to ensure legal compliance.
Inter-Party Agreement
This Agreement is signed between Projob Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the employer company. The agreement is issued on the Employer Company’s official letterhead and clearly defines all terms and conditions related to the recruitment of manpower from Nepal.
Guarantee Letter
This guarantee letter is issued in connection with the recruitment of a worker required by the employer. ProJob Solutions Pvt. Ltd, ensure that all workers recruited through the agency will be employed in the country as specified in the Demand Letter. We also ensure that these workers will not be employed or placed in any other country without their explicit consent.
Consular Letter (Required for KSA Only)
The Consular Letter is issued by the employer and addressed to the Consulate General of the respective Embassy, notifying them of ProJob Solution Pvt. Ltd. as the authorized company. This letter grants us the authority to act on behalf of the employer and complete all the visa formalities with the Embassy for the specified visa. This letter is specifically required when the employer issues the original visa and is primarily applicable for recruitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Demand Letter
The principal employer formally issued a demand letter addressed to ProJob Solutions Pvt. Ltd., clearly specifying the job categories, number of workers required for each category, and the monthly salary, contract period, and other benefits provided to workers. This letter must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chambers of Commerce & Industry of the respective country. Then it needs to be authenticated by the Nepalese Embassy in the country of employment to ensure compliance with the government regulations.
Power of Attorney
The principal employer will provide ProJob Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with the duly authorized power of attorney to recruit and supply Nepalese manpower on its behalf. This legal document empowers us to handle all recruitment-related procedures, including passport processing, visa formalities with embassies, medical examination, and other required documentation associated with overseas employment. The power of Attorney must be attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country and enforced by its Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
